Our Return & Exchange Commitment

Just as we approach creating our Keepsake Ornaments and Personalized Ornaments with care and attention, we handle your returns and exchanges with the same level of consideration and respect. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our Gift Boxes and Wrapping Paper Sets.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. This gives you ample time to ensure your Gift Bag Sets or Greeting Cards meet your expectations.

Return Process

Following our thoughtful approach to gift-giving, we’ve designed a straightforward return process:

  1. Submit Your Request: Complete the Return & Exchange Request Form below and email it to our customer service team
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and provide return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Carefully repackage the items in their original condition with all packaging materials
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized Ornaments (custom-made with specific names, dates, or messages)
  • Opened Gift Ornaments that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Used Tissue and Gift Wrap that has been cut or partially used
  • Opened Seals & Gift Tags that have been separated from their original sheets

Refund Information

We process refunds with the same care we put into selecting our Boxed Cards and Note Cards:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different Gift Bag style or Greeting Card design:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Indicate your preferred exchange item in the request form
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive your return
  4. Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable
